What PROVE does

PROVE is a free iOS habit accountability app. Every day you record a short video proving you completed your habit — a workout, a reading session, a meditation — inside a time window you set. Friends in your circle can Back your proof (they believe you) or Doubt it (they think you skipped). Miss your window and your streak resets to zero. The social accountability is what makes habits stick.

PROVE uses Google Sign-In to let users create an account and log in securely. We request only your basic profile (name, email, profile photo) to identify you to your accountability circle. We do not access Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, or any other Google service.
